Refund policy

You have 30 days to return your product from the date it was received

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It is imperative to retain all original packing. A full refund cannot be provided unless the product is received in “Like New” Condition.

All promotional and bundled products that are part of the order should be returned

Once all photographic evidence as well as the refund information have been sent to support@astride.io. We will email you the return address to the email address on file.

After confirmation, we will then send you packing instructions. Note. Returns without a valid confirmation will be refused and returned at your cost.

Returned products must be properly packaged in original packing material and include all original contents.

The product must be returned in “LIKE NEW” condition. Reconditioning and recovery fees may be charged if the product is soiled, damaged, mishandled, or exempt from the guarantee for any of the additional exclusions and exemptions noted here.

Products shipped to (or used in) a business or shipping from a business address are not returnable under any circumstances. 

Any business or commercial use whatsoever will void this guarantee. Shipment to or from any commercial office address will also void this guarantee.

Cosmetic changes, tears, scratch marks, components, and damages not reported when sending a return request will void this guarantee.

Negligence, misuse, abuse, acts of nature, attachments, additions, alterations, or modifications by you will void this guarantee.

Any damage whatsoever caused by an animal or pet will void the guarantee. Product showing dropped damage will void this guarantee or result in significant repair and replacement fees upon return.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays or the product(s) to be shipped back to you

Any product not purchased directly from Astride Bionix does not qualify for this guarantee.


Disclaimer

We will not be liable for any returned items that are lost or damaged. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, inclusive of full packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.


More Return Terms and Conditions:

The product will be considered returned once the product has been delivered to Astride Bionix within 30 days after return confirmation, the package has been opened, and the contents verified.


Astride Bionix is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit and the returns shipping fee.

A refund will be provided for the amount paid for the returned product excluding any charges for the initial shipping and inspection fee of the product when it was purchased.

If the procedures herein are not followed, Astride Bionix reserves the right to refuse the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
